Le Labo: Customer experience at its boutique in Rome, Italy and Barcelona, Spain
During my recent visits to Rome and Barcelona, I came across Le Labo's tiny shops and decided to pay a visit to the stores. It was a very tiny store. Both the stores had very similar architecture and interior design. They were minimalistic and very aesthetically pleasing.
Le Labo takes immense pride in their know-how and craftsmanship and both the store had a proper lab-type experience to show their consumers how the perfumes are made and they were personalising a perfume when I visited them.

As you can see in this imagery, they have very distinctive packaging and look very sustainable. They aim to give a very unique experience to each of their customers and make sure that their perfumes are personalised. They also have an option to refill their bottles.
Le Labo's in store experience
The overall experience was pretty interesting. Since it was a tiny store, the employee gave their entire undivided attention to me and made sure I was greeted nicely. I could smell the beautiful perfumes made. Santal 33 was phenomenal. However, the store could be easily missed out if you have no idea about the brand. Le Labo must work on building its brand name.
